how to reconstruct a server from 0.2 on 0.3 ? give instruction, please.

First thing is to download SAMP 0.3 server package and put your GM there .. Open it with 0.3 compiler and see if any warnings .. If there are , go to wiki and fix them according to 0.3 (Wiki is updated according to 0.3)
