well could some help me out i dont no how to make echo backs for irc wat im looking for is

to echo adminchat and cmd to talk to admin on server and echo cmds back if some has one could they leave it below it would be so much help

I searched on IRC and I already found three filterscripts, you might need to correct them because you want to use the new plugin.
