I am really not experinced with scripting in SA MP, i scripted for about 3 days and i learned all the basics, then i moved and did not have a chance to go on SA MP or PAWNO for a long time, i was thinking if there is someone who can teach me how to make a command, so i need a scripting teacher.
Please PM me as soon as possible, if you think you can help me with making this small command. You wont make me the command, you will just HELP me.

P.s if anyone is thinking what the command is, i want to try to make a /cuff id seconds command.
So lets say i type /cuff Tim 350.
"Tim" will be cuffed for 350 seconds (frozen), also you must be near "Tim" to cuff him.
