My NPC bots, are driving on bikes , or cars like greenwood , but not on planes or taxis, what's the problem?!!
NPC help not in vehicles what need be.

maybe you started recording with bikes, cars etc, and then decided to include aircrafts. but nevertheless that are all vehicles, i see no difference between them (/vrecord)... maybe you forgot to set your server.cfg with the addition:
maxnpc 50
coz i remember the standard is set to 10. raise that limit. gl
