Well basically i was testing 0.3 RC-8 On my dedicated servers and its not running announce i even tried setting it to 777 but its just not running

did you portforward it? or is announce set to 0 in ur server.cfg?

the ports already forwarded its a dedicated server and its fixed now it just seemed like there was a massive delay on it starting o_0

I dont think that Westie made his master list checker to work with 0.3 yet.

I've been caching the 0.2.X and 0.3.0 masterlists, and your server is in my cache. Hurrah! I'm in the process of creating a box which lets you choose which masterlist to use.
