When i go to menu > display options and when i click on advanced. i crash.. its very annoying on all servers.
but when on singleplayer it works fine.
Also the loading of all the houses and objects takes very long.. but my draw distance is high.
at 0.3b this never happened.

Don't have this.
Try deleting the settings for GTASA then re-trying.
++ It is useful when people say they DON'T have a certain bug because it means the bug is probably local to one computer, not all computers running SAMP.

It doesn't crash on the server, It crashes locally for you.
You are one of the few who have this bug (post above says he has it too).
This is a GTA San Andreas bug that was fixed with 1.01 patch, which cannot be used with SA:MP.
(Doesn't happen for everyone though).
Do you have several screens? Or did you switch screen lately?

Well, yeah that too, this is a San Andreas bug, that was recognized as the following;
Quote:
GTA San Andreas problems can be fixed for the following problems using a patch.
- Crash when entering advanced display options with only 32 meg of video ram
- Crash when entering advanced display options on a dual monitor machine after :- starting game on primary monitor in maximum resolution, exiting, starting again in maximum resolution on secondary monitor. Secondary monitor maximum resolution had to be greater than maximum resolution of primary monitor.
|
I think the last one could have affected you, even though you're not using multiple screens.
But you changed resolution to a greater resolution then before.
P.S If you ever get in the Advanced Settings again, use x 32, x16 bit graphics looks weird and you will most likely have colour bugs.
Suggested Solution: Try to remove Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\gta_sa.set

Yeah 1.01 patch fixes that.
Changelog bugfix:
- Crash when entering advanced display options with only 32 meg of video ram (32 meg of video ram is not supported and will only allow use of 640*480 in 16 and 32 bit. At this resolution it is likely you will see the "Black Roads" LOD problem). We do NOT however disallow machines with 32 meg of video ram from running GRAND THEFT AUTO: San Andreas.
