Hey i got VPS and i have uploaded samp03 linux files but i don't know about Permissions can anyone tell me Permissions? and command to run the server?

you can use ftp (like filezilla) right click samp03svr and click "set permissions" there change it to 777 and also for announce do the same. xD

and also we have to change samp-npc's permissions too.
