Hi!
I have a problem. When i playing SAMP 0.3c-R2, i can't see snow (it isn't snowing anyway), Santa's hat, neon, policelights and other 0.3c features.
When i installed 0.3c (not R2), i didn't seen snow again and can't see neon(but now it has gray color).

But on may second PC i can see all this things. Why?

P.S. I had reinstalled SA and SAMP many times, it didn't helped.

Have you download the files to the server?? Some times u need this for a server example gamerX. the server u plays on check the forum.

No, i didn't. My friends too, but they can see this things.

I took a backup of "SAMP" folder (from 0.3c), installed 0.3r2, removed "SAMP" folder of r2 and added folder of 0.3c.

Interesting, than 0.3c files have bigger size...

You just had to install 0.3c, NOT 0.3cR2

In R2 the Objects had been removed
