I tried to deactivate all my filterscripts, but server still crashes.

And that's what means that the problem is on the gamemode or in an NPC script.
Check where exactly it's crashing (for example, when you starting the server or when someone try to connect).

I can't find it... And i think problem it's not when player connect, because i checked the log and server was restarting all night about every 15-20 min.
