Today i was uninstalling some problems i didnt need cause my computer was running slow so after when i was going to play samp i got this problem when i press start: unable to execute. This problem was coming with my sa-mp 0.3c and i also try downloading other link in sa-mp.com but i have the same problem, PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dude i just start the game and unable to execute. I RESTARTED LIKE 52148945489TIMES AND ITS STILL COMING LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
