EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED. There was a anti-virus program that wasen't 100% deleted wich blocked the connection for SA-MP. I also re-installed the client and the game.

Lol ,
When you install or uninstall a sa-mp you have to browse the files to your GTA Folder, If that doesn't work then try re-installing GTA ! =D

When I install sa-mp I browse to my main gta san andreas folder where the gta_sa.exe is located.
And I tryed to re-install GTA about 3 times Anyway thanks for the help!

Put the GTA into another folder , try the desktop itself then re-browse to it , Make sure its not a program file , You can even put it in your "Received Files" If you want or something.

I done that before. No succes, I used the desktop.

-are you running any modifications that change core game files?
-do you have the latest 0.3c (ensure you have the full version)
-rather than uninstalling your old version (0.3b) you can just download and and when you install it it will automatically overwrite your old one.
-try connecting to a server you definitely know is running 0.3c latest version (crazybobs CnR: 67.159.5.172:7788 )

And I can't see any server's in the internet list + when I add a server to the favorite tab I can only see: Retrivining info... IP & port also ping 9999. otherwise im not sure - Thanks anyway
