On Godfather soMetiMes when connecting, it shows 2 tiMes to select gender and saMe with Medical Bills, it shows 2 tiMes

Well, you can find it out by searcing (CTRL + F) : Are you Male or Female ?
And try to work it out yourself, GF is "Out" but if you edit alot you mabye can get a good GM

I suggest to take LA-RP GF edit atleast there is fixed many GF bugs
