If you reinstall RC4-2 does it still happen?

I was just on a server with RC5 and this didn't happen for me or anyone else on the server.

It never happened, iv reinstalled RC4-2 and it dosnt happen.

Please provide further details. What is your Windows operating system? Do you have any mods installed?
