I noticed that on samp main page 0.3c is in development and 0.3b is a latest release.
Maybe update main page?or 0.3c is not out yet(official)

People should know that RC = not a release.

Well i know about it RC - Release Candidate
But as i know there was 0.3bR2,0.3aR4 and they was on main page
And these version is RELY stable so why not?
