I don't know if this is reported or not,
but I found that when you exit a vehicle in daytime,
the lights and the engine will turn on, unless you write a script to stop them.

Also, engine will not automatically turn on when you turned of the engine and leave the car.

I haven't used ManualVehicleEngineAndLights.

You can script a easy fix for all this by yourself. Wont take more than 5 minutes or less
