a couple of days ago I found the MTA Map Editor, now I'm wondering if I can use it or any other program to create cars.

MTA map editor....

Press F on your keyboard. You have got a menu. Now at the bottom, you see a square button which has a vehicle on it (I think). It's right of the object button
