Well, it's on a 640x480 canvas. So it should be something like 320, 470.

Use A textdraw editor. that way you can make it how/and where you want it.

I heard you can also use 'paint' the default windows program to check the coords of the screen

Just create a new textdraw, place it at the screen pos where you want it,
and take a pic with F8(the textdraw editor shows the coors) or export it as a FS.

Yeah, I always use Photoshop, MSPaint should work the same. Just take any random screenshot of SA-MP, size it to 640x480, and get the coords from that image.
