After i run samp-server.exe it say.

And then stuck some time and close.

Now i get localhost working.

but when i upload it to run in linux
then it do same as first post.

the plugins has to be named .so as linux is case sensitive.

Are you sure the credentials are right? like if you made an new account within windows, you also have to make it within linux

I have rented server and server is linux i mean .
btw, i think its problem in plugin.

But some things are removed in new mysql plugins like "Mysql_strok".
What i put into row where is mysql strok
