Needing a scripter

Details:
So i need a gamemode script to make me a script
And here is the things need is:
A Gang War Based
Gang Script (ex:/gang join,create,delete,invite.etc Also when he joined someones game change his colour to there gang colour)
Rob Script (Not on Players in Shops and wait to unlock crack)
Bank System (deposit and other in LV)
Entering Logo (when someone enter a style text with audio)

Reward:
Staff Postion (on 24/7 server)

I think not many (good) scripters want to help you, if you dont offer more than a 'Staff position'...

The only way you are going to get someone who knows exactly what they are doing is by offering some sort of cash payment. Or if someone is truly that bored one day.

By that, I mean someone who will make an efficient script that is not buggy/crashy.
