I reckon you should show the OnPlayerSpawn callback so we can clearly identify the problem.

Yes sir, you say when they spawn, it makes everyone near infected, if you look at your code, you have

Infected(i);
in the loop, guessing that's your infection variable, just take it out of the loop, make it

Код:
Infected(playerid);
Once out of the loop, it will make only the player infected.
