I did port forward but the server shows up on my pc but the ip is only :7777 i have no idea what to do

:7777, or whatever you put in the settings i.e. :0000, :1029, 1337, etc
Is basically your own LOCAL IP, which means only YOU can access it from your computer, no one else can ever access it.
Oh yes, did you run "samp-server.exe" that means your server is now on the interwebs (But not the Internet List, you have to purchase it )

I know server ffs sucks for big servers but to start of with why dont you buy a serverffs server for like 10$ and get 50slots

Bullshit. Any server will appear on the Internet List if announce is properly set in the server config.
