Probably you're giving out your local-host IP address, or your not port-forwarded.

i dont have any host but i have router and i have my computer ip and i can play in my server but i want that others can play

you need the host, because anyone can't join to your server.
I use www.serverffs.com host.

Excuse me? Everyone can host their servers without having a official 'host', seriously. That's home-hosting, and host is public-hosting.

That's only the difference, but in both cases, anyone can join the server.

You need to host your server or other people can't join? That's the dumbest thing i've saw on the sa-mp forums.

What exactly is happening that other people can't join your server? Give me the ip and it'll reveal the problems.

[Scenario]

If you are using a local IP address, such as 192.168.*.***, then nobody is going to be able to connect to your server. That IP is only for your home network, nothing outside. If you are using your public IP address, such as 71.64.***.***, then people should be able to connect to the server. Which type of IP are you using?
