did you check everything ? like downloading the server files from your server and running them on localhost. And inspecting the serverlogs ?

If you don't know how to use a linux server you shouldnt have bought it.

For info about setting up a sa-mp server can be found at https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Linux_Server and also uploading server files using FTP is a bad idea as the server executable ends up getting corrupted.
