News: More Factions, Jobs, cars around LS, LV.
Cops now can do /checkpassport
-Jobs: + 10 in LV
-Dynamic system: houses, Jobs, Comands, Objects, Factions (not finished), business and HQ.
add: /addvehicle (/advh), adminduty now change name like Administrator is (COLOR_RED) and change skin, skin id 164
-players can smoke but need lighter (with anim)
-players can use hat (FS) create by me
-players can use glasses and mask. (mask) you can see mask in your face and need buy at black market
-players now have car keys, house keys. (FS) create by me / you can see litle keys in your hand when you press F or Enter in car or in house.
-When player registe, now have questions and player have religion, can spawn in LS or LV.
-player can do Surf at beach
-player all night you have beach party at night with cars around and song...( i love that)
-cop when cuff one guy, can see cuffs (FS)
-admins can change playerspawn like /changeplyerspawn
