i dont think that is the prob but i load the server and when i join it says joining server,conected server then it says lost connection restarting and again same thing repeats if you can help please help me it is a 0.3a server Thank You

Yeah edit would have done fine u was at top anyway....
Show some code like onplayerconnect.

EDIT: Have you ever had the server running? I'm not sure if it makes a diference but is the client 0.3a too?
