In this case you want Global weather so you need ONLY 1.st version

Rather write everything in lower case than every single word with a capital letter.
Or the best of all: Capital letters in the start of sentences (after . and : ) which is how it's meant to be ^^
But I, atleast, am fine with only lower case words ^^
