There are small servers that think they're big servers. Their admins act like they're the shit, but they aren't. In small servers, shit gets personal. Everyone knows everyone else basically. All admins on small servers need to act like there on small servers. If you make enemies with a player by kicking them for like misuse of /report (like making a suggestion), an active player to be exact, that player (depending on his temper) will most likely do something back at the server your on. People think small servers are more vulnerable to attacks than big servers are. I'm tired of going to servers, and being kicked or aJailed for saying stuff like "I use to own iLife Roleplay." Hence the past tense in this sentence. True story, I went to a server and told the owner I was the owner of LARP, and he banned me for advertising. I really want to start my own server, but somehow my old players keep coming back and start picking fights with my other players when I'm not online. I'm really busy so playing and monitoring a server is hard.
So, moral is, act right in a small server. Be cool, be chill.
