hi, i had a couple of crashes yesterday and when i checked the logs i had a lot of messages iv never seen before like this,

Iv left out the ip for obvious reasons but does anyone know what this is?
Should i ban the player?
Could this be causing crashes?

It sometimes happens when a player randomly crashes. If your server crashes as well, then it might be a hacker.
