And normal House system .

If you just need normal stuff, you can use the ready filterscripts from the forum. Its faster and free

I can do bugfixing (syntax and semantic) and small-medium feature adds like the cmd, but i wont script whole gms or vehicle/property systems because it takes too much time

Umm for a regular, experienced and trusted scripter which do this job for months; check my signature.

EDIT: I see it's RP. I don't script roleplay sorry. But I can script these in filterscript form.
