Why do not make SA-MP source public free? If this reason not just, so why? A community can be a great developer and bug reporter.
Remake website, wiki. Add full multi-language support. Better look and usability style...
Fix and make Linux version NOT lame and unstable, just like Windows. I Like Linux, I want my server running it, but it's sucks and won't work well
This is IMHO, what do you think about it?

So, you want the dev. team to release the source... dissolve the website.. dissolve the wiki... and create an entire new look for SA:MP.... sure... definately not because doing such would divide the SA:MP community into 1000 communities with roughly 100 players each.

Tbh, that would suck :P. They brought tons of works to SA-MP, and now you want them to release it? Like, if you have a script that no other server has, would you release it?

This, although IMO it's not worth undertaking the work of doing all of that just to make this an open source project. SA-MP is fine how it is, sure it could do with a few more features and has a few non-fatal bugs, but we'll survive...
There will be 500 different SA:MP's which will all run on their own masterserver, that means there are no ''big servers'' because everyone has their own version.
