Should I uninstall SA-MP first and then install the new version, or should I simply install the new version over the old one? I'm curious as to if it makes any difference or not, and/or if there's any recommendation.

That does not make any difference. The installation will just replace existing files. I never delete the old ones.

Okay, thank you. On the forum of a server I play on someone said that it's recommended to uninstall the older version of SA-MP first and then install the new version. I thought the installation would replace the existing files, but wasn't sure. Now I am, so thank you.
