mta dm maps are located at: mta san andreas/server/mods/deathmatch/resources/yourmapname
Map name is a name of a folder, and in that there should be 2 files, one is a .map file, open it, and you get this kind of code:

To get it into samp, go to convertffs.com, paste stuff there, and press convert, then it gives you the CreateObject code, and you put it into your script, Done! I didnt understand you well but thats how you get maps from map editor to sa.
Now, lets talk bout how to get maps from mta race to DM.
Get your mta race map code, go to convertffs, change input to Mta Race Object. Then, put output to Mta 1.0 object, and convert, now take one .map file ( those original ones, and paste that stuff into it. ) then, go to map editor, load the map, and choose '' all elements '' its upper right icon there. Simply choose one of your new objects and it should be fine!
