lol first off that IP your trying to add is your "router IP" You can't use that, you must use your real IP which you can find at like "www.whatismyip.com" etc. You also need to port forward your router likely for more details go to this page

Lol, why does GameMonitor allow to use local ip's? that's just FAIL from their side.
