I've tried so many times, not even my vps manager has been able to do it, can someone tell us how to set it up on my vps, with a Kloxo panel to access it! Contact me if u can help, and you can be mod on the server, The server won't be a shitty one, it will be a good Stunt one.

Download this program called PuTTY and log into your server via root.

wget the server files (http://files.sa-mp.com/samp03asvr_R8.tar.gz for linux), create a new user account for your SA:MP server, extract the server files into your users directory, cd to the directory when logged in as the user account for your SA:MP server and run ./samp03svr after configuring the server.cfg

If you dont know how to do that, tell your VPS host, if they dont know how, switch your VPS host.
