Kye does this for free. He makes a bit of money through some server hosts, but it's not enough to make a living by far. he has a life, probably a job too.
Alot of you guys keep forgetting that hosting a server costs money too.
In other words, people pay a fair amount of money so you guys can play for free. So please, stop whining or GTFO the internet.

this problem of time can be resolved...

just hire some new ppl to develope SAMP im sure loads of ppl there knows how to script, im not saying to give samp source code but yes ask them to do somethings and this will be faster...

Yeah but why would they release a version called 0.3 ALPHA if there wouldn't come a BETA and a finished version? If they wanted 0.3a to be the last version I'm pretty sure they would name it 0.3 instantly.
