If someone please could help me,i'm running 0.2x server and i'm not such good scripter,i suck...anyway i have too much filterscripts(more than 16) and they won't load all,and i don't know how to put them in gamemode,if someone could help me with it i would be very grateful.(level on my server offered)

The maximum filterscripts are 16. You can't use more. Put them in your gamemode

I know that! I am asking some good scripter to add it to gamemode for me because i don't know how!
