Dialog Resizing

Well, I've seen people having the exact same dialog but with different sizes.
How do they set the dialog size?

Use formatting codes such as

\n for a new line
\t for tab = spacing width

there's a few more, wait.

only \r \n \t , no more.. at least i can't find.
