Well, I found a .gif file.

I wanted to edit them.

How do I edit/open the file?

You can either use MS Paint (comes with windows) or download and use Adobe Photoshop.

Photoshop is a good solution in general, theres a few open source image editing softwares avaliable for free which are near the same level as Photoshop (GIMP, for example)

You should use GIMP. Almost as good as photoshop, its freeware, and its also really user friendly.

if you want pro job..get photoshop for sure...if ya want to try something out..use gimp..
