I have seen some posts about an SA-MP Source Development Kit, and i've seen posts about C++ Plugins, I have looked for both but can't seem to find them. If anyone can help me out here that would be cool.

Not source.. Software Development Kit for Plugins.. Im looking for it now on my hard drives.. Ill post it if i can find it.
