Is SA-MP 0.3a still blocking d3d9.dll?

I'm just interesting because I really wanna use ENB Series, but it doesn't works for me... I mean works, but not so fine.
In 0.2X d3d9.dll was blocked because many cheats use it. So ENB Series, which using d3d9.dll won't start in 0.2X, just internal error. In SA-MP 0.3a I don't get any error message and It's works fine, but the last version with bump works not so good. When I activating it, all textures turn into sky color (basically blue), like invisible.
So It means that d3d9.dll is not blocked since 0.3a? But if yes, what's up with that? Any idea how to fix?

I am not sure if it does or not. I would assume that it doesn't because I know a few people who have ENB series working on their SA:MP, don't ask me how its done because I am clueless :S.

No, SAMP is not blocking the d3d9.dll.

I had the same problem, just download an older version of ENB and it will work fine; at least I could solve this problem this way.

I hope there will be an update for ENB cause the version that dont work with SA-MP has great features.

The development of ENB stopped, but there is no real difference between the working version and the one not working...

EDIT: Download it and it's realy crap, i have a nVidia GT 9500 and i have now 0.2 FPS at San Andreas.
