Yes, you only have to open the port which you have set in your server.cfg file. No others are required to run a standard SA-MP Server.

- :P It is possible that a Plugin could require extra ports. By standard I mean with no plugins or extra administration software which may require a server-side daemon or extra ports to function.

yeah but as you see i already answered that the default port is 7777 mentioned 3 times.
