Oww.. That yes.. To get SA-MP working, simply make a new user on your computer.

If you already reinstalled GTA, then reinstall SA-MP.

That won't work my freind.

It's for sure ways to solve this without to make a new user on you'r computer, but I don't know about them.

I've had this problems many years ago when I used XP. I just simply made a new user.
