Thus, I have a problem when I play GTA SA MP to enter a server and not the views of my trees, stunts, and other things .. Does anyone know what's the problem? Even before I played GTA SA MP and I had no problems ..And I reinstall game but some problem..

3) Video card type. Ati radeon 9600
3) IP:Port (if any) of the server you are trying to play on. 7788
4) Do you have any other GTA:SA mods installed? e.g. new vehicles. Yes, only vehicles. But I played with it before so I do not think it's up to them.

My internet is: 1024kb/s and upload 128 kb/s...

I tried this too, emh.. I had MANY mods installed, they mde my game do like this, a little re-install of the game solved it. So make sure you delete EVERYTHING when you have un-installed it, find EVERY file to GTA SA, and then install it again, should work.

This caused by your Graphic card...it doesn't load the textures fast..this can be kinda solved with a SteamMemoryFix:
