Introduction
This Script Is made from Scratch, for once its not another lame Godfather edit, nor is this script the best.
we gotten tired of working on this script, although the script has 842 lines.
So I am releasing this script even though it is not 100 % done. most like 95% cause mayaor is not 100% readey

Features
Custom Skin Locking System - Faction leader may only pick faction skin.
A HitmanInvite Command
Register and login Command.
News Command, broadcasts the local news.
A /skin Command for civilians if there a Civilian of a state.
Duty Command for Police/ HighWay patrol.
A /kill Command ( Yeah easy )
Dynamic Chat System, Example : John Weston Says : Hello.
