When I open San Andreas Multiplayer, I see no servers. When I go to the Internet section, I see no more, even in the section Hosted! I try to add by IP using Game-Monitor. They do not appear!

This could be for several reasons, such as your firewall blocking your SA-MP client from connecting to the master list, the master list being temporarily down, or the fact that you're using an older SA-MP client.

I Check my Firewall, I added SA:MP Program to exceptions. I downloaded the last version, when I click to the button Master List, It nothing happens

Try turning your firewall completely off to confirm if it is your firewall. Also some firewalls request you to unblock the ports.

Add samp to your firewall exeption list in order not to block it's 'way' to the net..you will find this option to firewall settings..
