Or follow these instruction (how i did it)

login as root in SSH

wget http://files.sa-mp.com/samp03asvr_R8.tar.gz

tar samp03asrv_R8.tar.gz

cd /

cd /root/samp03

run temporarily:
./samp03svr

run 24/7

nohup ./samp03svr
