I have searched this but I can't find anything

I am looking fir a tuning menu for stuff u can get out of the moding garages

so when ur in a car and u do maybe say it's /tune it will have a dialog and when u click a type of wheel it will change ur wheels

ok thx i tried to search tuning dialog but didnt find anything
