What do you mean? You can add cars ingame, example: Go into a car ingame where you want the car to be, and write /save car1. Then it will go to your savedpositions.txt, witch is located for me in My documents/GTA San Andreas User Files/SAMP. Then just add "AddStaticVehicle(...)" under "OnGameModeInit", and you're done.
