Can any body tell me where is samp.ban? I've been looking in server root directory and people said its there but i can't find it. Can you tell me where's the exact location of samp.ban?

It's not added by default, you'd have to have some kind of script.

That's just what I've experienced, though, I may be wrong.

samp.ban won't be there by default, it is created when the Ban(playerid) or BanEx(playerid) functions are used in a script.
