On a server there is a really annoying cheater and cant ban it for ever because he has Dinamic IP so is there any script for this problem or thing?

Anti-name kick

Somthing like that so if he joins he will be kicked by anti-name.

You can ban he's name instead of the IP:

But he connect the server everytime with new ip and new name (RP server)
